These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the King of Shawarma & Kabab website and online ordering service (the “Service”), operated by King of Shawarma & Kabab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 8719 Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78240. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for item availability, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or description, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Delivery orders include a flat delivery fee, which is shown before you confirm your order. Menu prices and availability may change at any time. While we work to keep all information accurate, occasional errors may occur; if an item’s correct price is higher than listed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund it.
For pickup orders, please arrive at 8719 Wurzbach Rd at or after the estimated ready time shown at checkout. We hold prepared orders for a reasonable period. We are not responsible for food quality degradation caused by significant delays in pickup.
Delivery is fulfilled through a third-party courier service (DoorDash Drive). Delivery time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We and our delivery partner are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information, an unreachable recipient, or unsafe delivery conditions. Optional driver tips are passed in full to the courier.
Payments are processed securely by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All sales are final once an order is prepared, except as described in our Refunds section.
If you experience a problem with your order, contact us at (210) 719-1335 as soon as possible. Refunds or remakes are handled at our discretion based on the nature of the issue. Orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
If you participate in our rewards or loyalty program, points and promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
By providing your email address or phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your orders (such as confirmations, status updates, and delivery tracking). We offer two separate, optional text message programs — order & delivery notifications and marketing & promotions — and we collect a separate opt-in for each; you may join either, both, or neither. Marketing emails and texts are sent only with your separate opt-in consent for that channel, and you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any text message, or contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its security, submitting fraudulent orders, using automated systems to place orders, or accessing areas of the site you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct we consider harmful to the Service, our staff, or other customers.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from all threats. Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens; if you have a food allergy, please contact us directly before ordering.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
